Elk Grove Village will be offering a second Smoking Cessation Program beginning on Monday, April 7, 2008 at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Complex, 901 Wellington Ave., lower level Room C.
Classes will run every Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
The fee for the 7 week class is $25
This fee covers all materials and workbook.

Please call the Elk Grove Village Department of Health & Community Services at (847) 357-4242 to register. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, April 2, 2008.
This program is being offered through Smoke Free Elk Grove.
The smoking cessation program is open only to Elk Grove Village residents.
Proof of residency will be required.
